OPC: Record date for stock issuance to raise capital On July 15, 2022, the Hochjminh Stock Exchange issued an Announcement No.1345/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of OPC Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Ex-right date: July 21, 2022
- Record date: July 22, 2022
1. Reason & Purpose: to issue shares for increasing capital from the owner’s equity.
2. Content:
- Exercise ratio: 100:141 (Those who own 100 shares will receive 141 new shares.)
- Expected issue volume: 37,473,965 shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: Due to the exercise ratio of 1:1, so there are no fractional shares.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 125 shares. With 100:141 exercise ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 125* 141/100 = 176.25 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 176 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.25 share will be cancelled.
- Time of implementation: August 15, 2022
- Place of implementation:
+ For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities company where shareholders opened securities depository account.
