On July 11, 2022, the Board of Directors of Globalmind Capital Securities Corporation (GMC) approved the proposal for borrowing capital from Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (VCB), as follows:

-          Credit limit: VND450 billion

-          Loan term: 12 months.
