The Board resolution dated July 14, 2022, the BOD of An Duong Thao Dien Real estate Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved the change in personnel as follows:

1. Approved the resignation of Mr. Bui Duc Nhan as Head of Internal Audit of the Company.
2. Approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh as member of Internal Audit of the Company.
3. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Le Thi Thu Hien as Chairman of Internal Audit of the Company.
4. Approved the appointment of Mr. Bui Duc Nhan as member of Internal Audit of the Company.
