PET: Change in personnel

The Board resolution dated July 13, 2022, the BOD of Petrovietnam General Services Corporation approved the change in personnel as follows:

1. Approved the resignation of Mrs. Vu Viet Anh as Chairman of Audit Committee of the Company.
2. Approved the resignation of Mrs. Le Thi Chien as member of Audit Committee of the Company.
3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Trinh Thanh Can – Independent member of BOD as Chairman of Audit Committee of the Company.
4. Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Quy Thinh - Independent member of BOD as Chairman of Audit Committee of the Company.
