The Board resolution dated July 02, 2022, the BOD of FLC Group Joint Stock Company approved the change in personnel as follows:

1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Le Ba Nguyen as Chairman of BOD of the Company from July 02, 2022.
2. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Bui Hai Huyen as Deputy Chairwoman of BOD of the Company from July 02, 2022.

Approved the resignation of Mr. Dang Tat Thang as Chairman of BOD of the Company from July 02, 2022.
