DAH: Change in personnel

The Board resolution dated June 30, 2022, the BOD of Dong A Hotel Group Joint Stock Company approved the change in personnel as follows:

1. Approved the resignation of Mrs. Tran Nu Ngoc Anh as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from June 30, 2022.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Khanh Hy as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from June 30, 2022.
3. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Tran Nu Ngoc Anh as Chairwoman of BOD of the Company from June 30, 2022.
