The Board resolution dated June 02, 2022, the BOD of Vimedimex Medi – Pharma Joint Stock Company approved the change in personnel as follows:

1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Le Xuan Tung as Chairman of BOD of the Company for the term 2022 – 2027.
2. Approved the appointment of Mrs. To Thuy Anh as Deputy Chairman of BOD of the Company for the term 2022 – 2027.
