The Board resolution dated June 01, 2022, the BOD of Everland Group Joint Stock Company approved the change in personnel as follows:

1. Approved the resignation of Mr. Le Dinh Vinh as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from June 01, 2022.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Thuc Can as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from June 01, 2022.
