The Board of Directors of Nam Hoa Trading and Production Corporation disclosed the capital use report after the issuance of 5,129,023 shares to raise the charter capital from VND102,825,180,000 to VND154,115,410,000. The report was audited by VACO Auditing Co., Ltd.
