LGL: Transferring shares in Minh Phat

The Board resolution dated June 22, 2022, the BOD of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company approved the policy to transfer all shares in Minh Phat Joint Stock Company with 17,940,000 shares, equivalent to 65% charter capital of Minh Phat Joint Stock Company (current charter capital: VND 276,000,000,000).
