BAF: Approved the record date for collecting shareholders' opinions in writing

The Board resolution dated June 23, 2022, the BOD of BAF Viet Nam Agriculture Joint Stock Company approved the record date to collect shareholders' opinions in writing as follows:

-          Time of implementation: expected in July 2022
