Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company announces a BOD resolution of approving a loan of Khang Phuc House Trading Investment Company Limited (Khang Phuc) at VietinBank as below.
1. Approving Khang Phuc implementing a construction at Tan Tao Building:
2. Approving Khang Phuc’s loan and collateral assets at VietinBank:
- Loan limit: 4,619 bil. dongs
- Purpose: paying for site compensation.
- Term: 84 months
3. Ensuring loan payment for VietinBank if Khang Phuc can’t pay the loan and the company will maintain 99% of paid-in capital at Khang Phuc.
4. Approving collateral assets minimum 1,000 bil. dongs used to the loan.
5. Assigning the CEO implementing the event.
