TTF: Reminder of information disclosure

On June 10, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the documents on information, explanation on sale of treasury shares from Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation (TTF).

On June 14, HOSE issued an official document to remind and ask Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation to seriously comply with the regulations on the disclosure of information on the securities market because the Company did not announce information on sale of treasury shares, change in voting shares as prescribed.
