EVG: Notice of foreign ownership ratio limit

According to the Official Document No.3293/UBCK-PTTT dated May 31, 2022 by the Vietnam Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC), SSC approved that the foreign ownership ratio limit of Everland Group Joint Stock Company (EVG) will be 49%.
