The Board resolution dated June 01, 2022, the BOD of Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company approved the plan to buy shares of Ha Linh Services Joint Stock Company from Taseco Group Joint Stock Company (an institution related to AST). Details are as follows:

-        Purchase volume: 1,020,000 shares, accounting for 51% charter capital of Ha Linh Services Joint Stock Company

-        Purchase price: VND 24,500/share

-        Total value: VND 24,990,000,000

-        Time of implementation: July 2022.
