Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank reports the result of stock issuance for 2021 dividend as follows:

-          Number of planned shares issued for dividend: 675,487,019 shares (25%, 25 new shares for 100 current shares)

-          Capital source: undistributed profit after tax in 2021.

-          The end issued date: 3 June 2022

-          Expected date of delivery: 30 June 2022

-          Number of issued shares for dividend: 675,487,019 shares, but just 675,473,865 shares for existing shareholders and 13,154 shares from the fractional shares for ESOP.

-          Number of issued shares after the issuance: 3,377,435,094 shares as 3 June 2022
