DBC: Record date for 2021 dividend payment On June 14, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an Announcement No. 1158/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of DABACO Group as follows:
- Ex-right date: June 22, 2022
- Record date: June 23, 2022
- Reason & Purpose: to issue shares for 2021 dividend payment.

- Expected issue volume: 11,523,943 shares
- Exercise ratio: 20:1 (Those who own 20 shares will receive 01 new share.)
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 22 shares. With 20:1 exercise ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 22 * 1/20 = 1.1 shares. Accordingly, the shareholder A will receive 01 new share and the fractional shares of 0.1 share will be cancelled.
- Place of implementation:
+ For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities company where shareholders opened securities depository account.
