TN1: Board resolution on stock dividend payment

The Board of Directors of TNS Holdings approved to carry out the 2021 dividend payment plan as follows:

−        Stock name: Stock of TNS Holdings

−        Stock type: common stock

−        Par value: VND10,000/share

−        Estimated issue volume: 8,637,684 shares

−        Estimated issue value: VND86,376,840,000

−        Exercise ratio: 25%

−        Financial resource: the retained profit until the end of 2021

−        Issue date: Quarter II – Quarter III/2022

−        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares newly issued to shareholders will be rounded down to units. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

For example, on the record date, shareholder A owns 125 shares. Shareholder A will receive: (125 x 25)/100% = 31.25 shares. After rounded down, the real number of shares shareholder A receives will be 31 shares. The fractional part (0.25) will be cancelled.
