1. Listed firm: Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company
2. Stock code: KHP
3. Par value: VND10,000
4. Ex-right date: May 24, 2022         
5. Record date: May 25, 2022          
6. Purpose: to make the  stock dividend payment for 2021.
7. Detailed information:

-          Estimated issue volume: 1,436,786 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 1,000:25

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 386 shares at the record date, he will receive: 386 *25/1,000 = 9.65 new shares. However, after rounded down, the real number of shares he receives is 9 shares. The fractional part (0.65 share) will be cancelled.
