  The Board resolution dated May 09, 2022, the Board of Directors of An Phat Bioplastics Joint Stock Company approved to buy shares in the additional issuance of Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company with details as follows:

-          Owning volume before the purchase: 16,286,257 shares, accounting for 44.69% charter capital of NHH

-          Additional purchase volume: 16,286,257 shares

-          Expected owning volume before the purchase: 32,572,514 shares, accounting for 44.69% charter capital of NHH.
