APH: Buying shares of NHH

The Board resolution dated May 09, 2022, the Board of Directors of An Phat Holdings Joint Stock Company approved to buy shares in the additional issuance of Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company with details as follows:

-          Owning volume before the purchase: 8,036,946 shares, accounting for 22.06% charter capital of NHH

-          Additional purchase volume: 8,036,946 shares

-          Expected owning volume before the purchase: 16,073,892 shares, accounting for 22.06% charter capital of NHH.
