VNDS: Approved the result of share public offering

The Board resolution dated April 14, 2022, the BOD of VNDIRECT Securities Corporation approved the following issues:

1. Approved the result of share public offering and stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity:

-          Stock name: VNDIRECT Securities Corporation

-          Stock type: common share

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Offering and issuance volume: 782,900,436 shares

1. Result of share public offering:

-          Offering volume: 434,944,687 shares

-          Actual volume according to the list of shareholders recorded at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD): 434,944,588 shares

-          Distributed volume: 433,449,633 shares

-          Unsold shares volume: 1,494,955 shares.

1. Result of stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity:

-          Issue volume: 347,955,749 shares

-          Actual volume according to the list of shareholders recorded at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD): 347,955,670.4 shares

-          Distributed volume: 347,954,734 shares

-          Fractional shares volume: 936.4 shares (These shares will be cancelled).

1. Total shares actually distributed: 781,404,367 shares

-          The number of unsold shares to distribute to other investors: 1,494,955 shares.

1. Approved the handling the number of unsold shares to continue to distribute to other investors:

-          Number of unsold shares: 1,494,955 shares

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.

-          Number of remaining shares: 0 share.

1. Approved the result of share public offering and stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity:

-          Public offering: 434,944,588 shares

-          Stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity: 347,954,734 shares

-          Number of fractional shares from stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity: 936.4 shares

-          Total shares distributed after the public offering and stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity: 782,899,322 shares.

1. Approved the proceeds from the share public offering is VND4,349,445,880,000.
