VIX: Approved the result of share public offering

The Board resolution dated April 15, 2022, the BOD of VIX Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the result of handling the unsold shares in the share public offering:

-          Number of unsold shares: 2,934,147 shares

-          Number of distributed shares: 2,934,147 shares

-          Number of remaining shares: 0 share

-          Offering price: VND15,000/share

-          Total proceeds from the selling of unsold shares: VND44,012,205,000

-          These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.

1. Approved the result of share public offering:

-        Number of distributed shares: 274,595,229 shares; Of which:

+ To offer shares to existing shareholders: 271,661,082 shares (These shares will be transferred freely)

+ For unsold shares that the company distributed: 2,934,147 shares (These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering)

-        Offering price: VND15,000/share

-        Total shares after the offering: 549,190,458 shares

-        Charter capital after the offering: VND5,491,904,580,000

Approved the amendment of the company’s charter with new charter capital of VND5,491,904,580,000, equivalent to 549,190,458 shares.
