TVB: Record date for implementing rights to buy shares On April 04, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an Announcement No.692/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Ex-right date: April 13, 2022
- Record date: April 14, 2022
- Reason & Purpose: to implement rights to buy shares.

- Expected issue volume: 265,000,000 shares
- Issue price: 15,000 dongs/share
- Exercise ratio: 1:1 (shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 01 right will be entitled to purchase 01 new share).
- Plan to deal with fractional shares and unsold shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units.
