ACC: BOD resolution dated April 04, 2022

The Board resolution dated April 04, 2022, the Board of Directors of ACC Binh Duong Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approving the business plan in 2022:

-          Total revenue:             1,093,227,230,646 dongs

-          Profit before tax:            120,130,097,137 dongs

-          Profit after tax:                 96,552,037,709 dongs

-          Estimated dividend payment:  ≥ 10%/charter capital.           

2. Approving the contents of the Annual General Meeting 2022:

-          Report on the BOD activities in 2021 and plan for 2022;

-          Report on the business result in 2021 and plan for 2022;

-          Report from the Supervisory Board in 2021;

-          Audited financial statements in 2021 and plan for 2021 profit distribution.

-          Poposal to approve the buisness plan and profit distribution in 2022.

-          Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2022;

-          Proposal to approve the change of the company’s business lines;

-          Other issues.
