The Board resolution dated April 12, 2022, the BOD of Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the extension of the time to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders before June 30, 2022.
2. Approved the plan to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Record date: May 06, 2022

-          Meeting time: expected on June 07, 2022

-          Meeting venue: lot 1, Thong Nhat Street, Dan Phuong District, Ha Noi.
