The Board resolution dated April 08, 2022, the BOD of PetroVietNam Transportation Corporation approved the following issues:

1. Approved the extension of the time to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders before June 30, 2022.
2. Approved the record date to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Record date: April 29, 2022

-          Meeting time: expected on June 15, 2022
