SFI: Board resolution on business plan for 2022

Sea & Air Freight International announces the Board resolution dated April 13, 2022 as follows:

1. Business targets for 2022:

-          Revenue: 1,800 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax of shareholders of parent company: 150 billion dongs

-          Expected dividend rate: 80%/profit after tax, in cash or stock or both.

2. To elect the Chairman of the Board of Directors and assignment of members of the Board of Directors for Term 2022-2027:

-          Nguyen Hoang Dung: Chairman of the Board of Directors.

-          Nguyen Hoang Anh: Deputy Chairman cum CEO

-          Nguyen Truong Nam: Independent Member

-          Nguyen Hai Nguyen: Member

-          Dang Tran Phuc: Member.

3. To approve that Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh to be Deputy Chairman cum CEO.

4. To select AASC Co., Ltd. to perform the audit of SFI’s financial statements in 2022.

5. To approve the profit distribution for 2021.

6. To approve the second cash dividend payment for 2021

-          Exercise ratio: 15%/par value (1,500 dongs/share)

-          Record date: April 29, 2022

-          Payment date: May 10, 2022.
