FLC: Extending the time to hold AGM 2022

The Board resolution dated April 12, 2022, the BOD of FLC Group Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the extension of the time to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders before June 30, 2022.
2. Approved the cancellation of record date (March 23, 2022) to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
