The Board resolution dated April 25, 2022, the BOD of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Huynh Bich Ngoc – member of BOD as Chairman of BOD of the Company from April 25, 2022.
2. Approved the resignation of Mr. Vo Quoc Khanh as Deputy chairman of BOD from April 25, 2022.
3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Dang Hong Anh – member of BOD as Deputy chairman of BOD of the Company from April 25, 2022.
