PPC: Chairman of BOD resignation

The Board resolution dated April 26, 2022, the BOD of Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Van Thuy as Chairman of BOD from May 01, 2022. This resignation will be submitted to the Annual General Meeting 2022.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dien – member of BOD as the temporary Chairman of BOD of the Company to replace Mr. Nguyen Van Thuy from May 01, 2022 until the approval of the 2022 General Meeting of Shareholders.
