NKG: Establishing a subsidiary

The Board resolution dated April 07, 2022, the BOD of Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company approved the policy to establish a subsidiary and invest in the project of new factory with details as follows:

-          Project name (estimated): Nam Kim Phu My Tole Factory

-          Location: My Xuan B1  - Dai Duong Industrial zone

-          Total value of investment: VND4,500,000,000,000

-          Subsidiary form: One Member Limited Liability Company

-          Charter capital of subsidiary: VND500,000,000,000

-          To appoint Mr. Vo Hoang Vu as Representative of contributed capital of Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company in Nam Kim Phu My Tole Company Limited.
