The Board resolution dated April 06, 2022, the Board of Directors of Century Synthetic Fiber Corporation approved the minimum successful offering rate and adjustment of the time for rights transference of stock offering to existing shareholders with details as follows:

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Estimated offering volume: 13,637,058 shares

-          Total value (at par value): VND136,370,580,000

-          Exercise ratio: 20% (5:1)

-          Minimum successful offering rate: 80% total shares of expected to be offered

-          The rights should be transferred only once

-          Time for rights transference: according to the regulations of the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
