KHP: Plan for stock issuance to pay dividend for 2021 The Board resolution dated April 14, 2022, the BOD of Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company approved the plan to issue shares for 2021 dividend payment with details as follows:
- Stock name: Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Stock code: KHP
- Number of shares issued: 58,971,442 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 57,471,442 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 1,500,000 shares
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 1,436,786 shares
- Total value of issue (at par value): VND14,367,860,000
- Issue rate: 2.5% (1000:25) (Those who own 1,000 shares will receive 25 new shares)
- Expected charter capital before the issuance: VND604,082,280,000
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units and the fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 386 shares. With 1000:25 performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 386*25/1000 = 9.65 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 09 new shares and fractional shares of 0.65 share will be cancelled.
