KHG: The record date for stock dividend payment and bonus issuance

On April 12, HOSE issued Announcement No.727/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Khai Hoan Land Group Joint Stock Company (KHG) as follows:
- Listed firm: Khai Hoan Land Group Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: KHG
- Par value: VND10,000
- Ex-right date: April 21, 2022
- Record date: April 22, 2022
- Purpose: to make stock dividend payment for 2021; to issue shares to raise capital
- Detailed information:
a. To make stock dividend payment for 2021
- Exercise ratio: 10:1
- Estimated issue volume: 31,881,754 shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
For example, if shareholder A owns 105 shares at the record date, he will receive: 105 * 10% = 10.5 new shares. However, after rounded down, the real number of shares he receives is 10 shares. The fractional part (0.5 share) will be cancelled.
