THI: Approved the 2021 cash dividend payment

The Board resolution dated April 12, 2022, the BOD of Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company approved to pay cash dividend for 2021 with details as follows:

-          Exercise ratio: 20% (2,000 dongs/share)

-          Record date: April 27, 2022

-          Payment time: May 17, 2022

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company.
