DXG: Increasing charter capital after the issuance

The Board resolution dated March 30, 2022, the BOD of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the registration to raise its charter capital from VND5,977,730,480,000 to VND6,092,768,760,000, equivalent to 609,276,876 shares due to the share issuance to convert bonds into shares and the share issuance under ESOP.
2. Approved the amendment of the company’s charter with new charter capital.
