VCG: Capital restructuring at Vinh Phuc Urban

On March 30, 2022, the BOD of Vietnam Construction and Import - Export Joint Stock Company approved to transfer all contributed capital in Vinh Phuc Urban Infrastructure Development Company Limited with total value of VND46,000,000,000. After the transfer completes, Vietnam Construction and Import - Export Joint Stock Company will no longer own capital contribution in Vinh Phuc Urban Infrastructure Development Company Limited.
