DCM: Decision on administrative sanctions in the field of customs

PetroVietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (DCM) completed the additional payment of tax on the 2022 exported urea fertilizers to the State budget. Accordingly, PetroVietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company was fined as follows:

-          Administrative fine: VND505,896,950 (equal to 10% the payable export tax);

-          Late payment interest: VND71,892,941.
