PNJ: Approved the result of share private placement The Board resolution dated March 31, 2022, the BOD of Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:
- Approved the result of share private placement as follows:

- Time for transfer restriction: 01 year from the ending date of the offering.

- Ending date: March 30, 2022.
- Approved the increase of he company’ charter capital from VND2,276,123,620,000 to VND2,426,123,620,000.
