CIG: Resolution on the AGM in 2022

On April 05, 2022, Coma18 Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2022 to approve the following contents:

1. The AGM approved the business result in 2021:

-          Revenue:   29.583 billion dongs/60 billion dongs, reached 49.305% compared to the plan in 2021.

-          To pay the budget: 6.507 billion dongs/15 billion dongs, reached 43.38% compared to the plan in 2021.

-          Profit before tax: 16.552 billion dongs/10 billion dongs, reached 165.52% compared to the plan in 2021.

2. The AGM approved the business plan in 2022:

-          Revenue:                           400 billion dongs

-          To pay the budget:             20 billion dongs

-          Profit:                                200 billion dongs.

3. The AGM approved the report on the BOD activities in 2021 and plan for 2022.
4. The AGM approved the report from the Supervisory Board in 2021 and plan for 2022.
5. The AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2021.
6. The AGM approved the report on the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2021 and plan for 2022.
7. The AGM approved the selection the auditor for the financial statements in 2022.
8. The AGM approved the plan for increasing charter capital.
9. The AGM approved the investment cooperation to implement the project of Kim Thanh – Hai Duong Industrial zone.
