The Board resolution No.02 dated April 05, 2022, the BOD of Lao Cai Mineral Exploitation and Processing Joint Stock Company approved the extension of the time to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders before June 30, 2022. The details will be informed later.
