BKG: BOD resolution dated April 21, 2022 The Board resolution dated April 21, 2022, the Board of Directors of BKG VietNam Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:
- Approved the extension of the time to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting before June 30, 2022.
- Approved the holding of Annual General Meeting 2022:
- Record date: May 20, 2022
- Meeting time: expected on June 21, 2022
- Meeting venue: Notice later.
- Approved the plan to issue shares for 2020 dividend payment:
- Stock name: BKG VietNam Investment Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: BKG
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Number of shares issues: 62,000,000 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 62,000,000 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 0 share
- Exercise ratio: 100:05 (Those who own 100 shares will receive 05 new shares.)
- Expected issue volume: 3,100,000 shares
- Total value of issue (at par value): VND31,000,000,000
- Total shares after the issuance: 65,100,000 shares
- Total value after the issuance (estimated): VND 651,000,000,000
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 3,956 shares. With 5% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 3,956 *5% = 197.8 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 197 new shares and the fractional shares of 0.8 share will be cancelled.
- The rights should be transferred only once.
- The new shares are freely transferable.
- Time of implementation: expected in Quarter II/2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
- Approved the dossier of registration for stock issuance to pay dividend for 2020.
