THI: Decision on tax penalties

Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company received the decision dated April 20, 2022 by the Taxation Department of Dong Nai Province regarding the administrative sanctions as follows:

1. Penalties:

-        Fine for false declaration: 45,176,300 dongs

1. Remedies:  

-        Personal income tax arrears: 148,557,061 dongs

-        Corporate income tax arrears: 77,324,438 dongs

-        Late payment interest: 29,777,788 dongs.

Total fines, tax arrears and late payment interest: 300,773,488 dongs.
