TCD: Receiving the transfer of contribution capital in Bang Duong E&C

The Board resolution dated March 22, 2022, the BOD of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved to receive the transfer of contribution capital in Bang Duong E&C Joint Stock Company. Details are as follows:

-          Charter capital: VND89,879,640,000

-          Stock volume: 8,987,964 shares

-          TRADICO contributed VND45,838,620,000, equivalent to 4,583,862 shares, accounting for 51% charter capital of Bang Duong E&C.

-          Time of implementation: March 2022 or April 2022.
