GDT: Decreasing charter capital

On March 21, 2022, the BOD of Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company approved to decrease its charter capital from VND197,471,710,000 to VND196,968,460,000 due to the repurchase of the employee’s shares according to the ESOP regulations. Details are as follows:

-          Current charter capital: VND197,471,710,000

-          Repurchase volume: 50,325 shares

-          Total value (at par value): VND503,250,000

-          New charter capital: VND196,968,460,000

-          Time for change: March 12, 2022.
