SRF: Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders

On February 25, 2022, Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the following issues:

1. Approving the resignation of Mr. Lee Men Leng as Independent member of BOD of the Company.
2. Approving the Regulation on the additional election of Independent member of BOD of the Company for the term 2022 – 2026,
3. Approving the result of the additional election of Mr. Pham Kyle Tuan Anh as Independent member of BOD of the Company to replace Mr. Lee Men Leng for the term 2022 – 2026.
