-          Meeting venue: R&D PAN Farm, Trai Lang Hamlet, Co Dong Commune, Son Tay Town, Ha Noi, Viet Nam.

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

• Plan for 2021 profit distribution;
• The election of members of BOD for the term 2022 – 2027;
• Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2022;
