The Board resolution dated March 07, 2022, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation approved the following issues:

1. Approved the report on the business activities in 2021 and the business plan in 2022.
2. Approved the contents of Annual General Meeting 2021:

-          Report on the business activities in 2021 and the business plan in 2022;

-          Audited financial statements in 2021 and plan for 2021 profit distribution;

-          Business plan in 2022 and plan for profit distribution in 2022;

-          Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2022;

-          Change of the company’s head office address and amendment of the company’s charter;

-          Regulation on the BOD activities.
