C47: BOD resolution dated March 08, 2022 The Board resolution dated March 08, 2022, the Board of Directors of Construction Joint Stock Company 47 approved the adjustment and supplement of the plan for stock offering to raise its charter capital at the Board resolution dated November 02, 2021 with details as follows:
- Number of outstanding shares: 27,529,504 shares
- Exercise ratio: 100:18.16 (Those who own 01 will receive 01 right, and with every 100 rights will be entitled to purchase 18.16 new shares).
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 100 shares. With 100:18.16 performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 100 *18.16/100 = 18.16 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 18 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.16 share will be cancelled.
- Plan to deal with unsold shares: the unsold shares will be decided by the Board of Directors to continue to distribute to other investors with the selling price is not less than the offering price. HOSE
